Lit by candlelight in the atmospheric Berdoulat shop, a six course tasting menu with paired wines will be served to a limited number of guests.

Jauca Catalin trained under the supervision of the Two-Michelin star chef Michael Caines and was appointed Executive Head Chef at The Bath Priory in spring 2020. Prior to that he was Head Chef at Abode Canterbury where in September 2018 his talents were rewarded with 3AA Rosettes. 

As you'll see from the menu below, you'll be taken on a gastronomic journey through differing seasonal delights, all paired with delicious wines courtesy of Berdoulat's wine expert Ollie Coleman. Ollie, who curated our wine collection in the shop, has worked closely with Jauca to pair a selection of wines from across Europe that he feels will compliment the food beautifully. He'll talk you through his selection on the night course by course.

Please note that the tickets are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event, after which time they will be non-refundable. We will gladly switch names of attendees if you choose to give your ticket to someone else, but cannot refund any monies after this time. This is owing to the chef having to purchase expensive ingredients ahead of the event.
