Bas relief plaster cast of a Pompeiian Classical roundel, showing a mother serenading a faun with pipe music, with her child at her side.

This roundel (and its corresponding pair) can be seen in the Wallace Collection in London, where they appear as applied decoration on the c.1785 cabinets attributed to Adam Weisweiler in the East Gallery and the Front State Room.
