Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are normally dispatched within 1-3 days (UK), depending on your method of payment. We undertake to inform you should there be any delay in dispatching your order. Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that payment of all import duties / taxes applicable to items shipped outside of the UK are the responsibility of the purchaser / recipient, and Berdoulat shall not be liable for the same.

Stock Availability

Stock Levels are revised frequently. We try and to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. However, in the unfortunate situation where your item(s) happen to be out stock we will contact you by telephone or email to inform you of any delay. In the unlikely situation that your item(s) are completely unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative product. You will be entitled to a full refund if the delay or alternative are unacceptable.
